As a family we turned off all of the lights, drew up the blinds, layed on the floor and watched the lightning. However, I could only lay there so long until I gave in to the urge to get out the camera. With one kid now asleep on the floor, I took the first shot, and Lane, our 2 year old, shot the second. If I hadn’t set all of the camera settings for him I’d think he’s ready to join as a photographer for Still Life.
