Sweeter than Syrup

Dan and Brianna tied the knot this past weekend at the spectacular Regency Garden!  Nate and I were lucky enough to enjoy their special day with them. The Bridal party was an out going group, who kept the stress away with humor before the ceremony! and just in case the jokes weren’t enough the girls made sure to take the edge off with a shot just for the ladies! thumbs up ladies to do a shot without a chaser!  Their wedding was fulled with laughter, tears, traditions and sweet personal touches throughout the whole event! It started to get HOT during the reception with the guys competing for the stud title, with a wallaball-off and their guests all left with a sweet surprise! personalized  maple syrup…. Hey if you guys have left overs.. *wink* *wink*  we love waffles!

Making It An Affair

We met Mike and Emma at the beginning of April, and we could tell that they balance each other!  Which made their engagement session so laid back and fun! Emma had set her mind on jeans and a t-shirt but was soon ruled out by her group of younger sisters to wear a dress! Which by the way we LOVED! It’s always fun to make your engagement photos an affair! maybe even hit the town after having shots taken of you and yours  =)

Mike and Emma where a little nervous at first, I mean its not every day that you have to be told to kiss each other and stare into each other eyes with a camera in your face! Emma couldn’t stop giggling! which made for some awesome shots!

We love that they didn’t hesitate to take photos in the street with oncoming traffic on the small median! They are such dare devils~   We also got some tender moments between the two~[pinterest]

Congrats again to you two! We can’t wait until your big day at Seville!

“I Am The Luckiest!.. Mazel Tov!”

Felix and Jana’s Highlights Montage Video.

Regency Garden never looked more beautifully decked out as the dramatic setting for Felix and Jana’s wedding day. Even though “I Am The Luckiest” is the title of the song that underscores their video, I know Felix was feeling like he was “the luckiest” man that night to have won the heart and hand of Jana. And Jana’s million dollar smile was contagious to everyone there. Being that Felix is part Jewish, there were traditional customs like the breaking of the glass, and the hora, or chair dance to the delight of all present. There was lots of Russian being spoken since the groom’s family is from Russia, along with some favorite Russian appetizers and food. Their wedding cake was floating over the most ornately arrayed bed of greenery composed of fruits, vegetables, and plants I’ve ever seen. There was also a live combo playing at the reception, and a medley of songs from “Grease” performed by DJ Jon and one of Jana’s bridesmaids who you could tell was a professional singer/dancer, and the night was filled with dancing like no other. Mazel Tov to Felix and Jana!
